Physicist David Bohm, former friend and colleague of Albert Einstein, indicated that the “explicate order” (physical reality) is a projection from the “implicate order” (an inner reality of information) which underlies everything. Information guides the process by which matter is organized as the forms we then perceive. The collapsing wave function enters in, thus introducing the role human consciousness plays in the formation of the universe. Without an observer there is “only” electromagnetic energy containing information (consciousness). This process I just described is mind over matter.

Reality is an ongoing projection, there are no beginnings and endings because there is no time, and each person is a separate dimension of reality created out of the substance of their own consciousness. This is what mind over matter is.

International Philosophy — is application of mind over matter. Your senses construct the reality they perceive. If you do not see the objects behind you, they do not exist physically. There is a field of infinite probabilities behind and around you. When you turn to see what is there, in that moment you collapse an infinite range of probable events into one specific scene and set of physical objects and events.

Each of your five senses collapses the sense perception it is in charge of. Your eyes specify one probability visually. You are actually surrounded by an infinite field of probabilities, but your physical eyes can only tune into one probability. When you use your physical eyes, you do not see the millions of probable realities that surround you in the spacious present.

All your sense perceptions are coordinated so each perceives the same probability.

You can learn to control reality by selecting probabilities. This is application of mind over matter.

Suppose reality was a tree. External Science studies the part of the tree above ground. Because it can’t see the roots, it does not believe they exist, and as a result, it does not study them. Internal Science, however, knows the roots exist and includes them in its study of reality.

Most people understand science as the study of physical reality with the instruments of the scientific method. However, physical reality is a mirage, a kind of optical illusion, a projection of consciousness.

You can get lost trying to understand consciousness by reading scientific articles. I offer links to some excellent scientific studies as a courtesy to you only. I know in simple terms that the physical world is a projection we each create with our own consciousness. If four people enter a room, there are four rooms. I figured that out over four decades ago.

Consciousness is irreducible and is both individualized and part of an unbroken field. Quantum mechanics is the study of that field of energy. Your consciousness has very deep, eternal meaning that cannot be measured with a ruler, and so all scientific studies will miss that part of the picture.

All consciousness is of an equal, amazingly high grade; and just so you know, your personality and individuality will never be lost. Who you are will survive death. I am not a religious person, because I will add that you are also good, and most religions will say you are evil.

Ignorance is separation from truth, and it is the closest thing there is to evil. Our civilization has lost the secret for centuries and we therefore do not even know where we come from! That shows just how ignorant we are.

Our civilization has been reading reality backwards for thousands of years. You cannot understand reality by looking at the physical world because that world is a consciousness hologram that you are creating. If you follow most scientists, they will just get you more confused.

Early in my life I worked in solar energy and bought three large homes while I was learning. In early adulthood I was living in paradise, travelling from beaches in Connecticut to those on the Gulf Coast.

Formal education is scripting in collective myths

It is not necessarily wise to ask an expert for the answer to the big questions, such as, ‘what is consciousness and reality?’ Here’s the reason: Most professionals base their theories and ‘knowledge’ on many years of formal education, yet formal education is scripting in collective myth.

Professionals must endure far more formal education than most people, and formal education requires that they pass exams that prove they are scripted in myth in order to be legally designated as an expert in their field! For this reason, most experts are biased in favor of physicalism. This myth is slow to be challenged within academic circles and tends to be locked in place within society as a result.

The greater your formal education, the greater your conviction in the generally held worldviews. This applies to lawyers, doctors, psychologists and many other authorities.

My own early life experiences serve as an example of mind over matter. They provided evidence and proof. My achievements were a product of visualization and following through on my natural impulses and ambitions.

At age 12, William Eastwood said, "I can change the world," and he picked up a pencil. Less than a year later, William's school counselor called Yale University. A Yale professor responded by inviting him to work in a private research and development facility. What Eastwood discovered on his own, however, was so astounding, he knew he had to go against scientific convention. He proceeded to incorporate Earth Network to deliver his research and an important message to humanity.

The Solution

As part of my experiment at age 12, I carefully visualized myself as a world renown educator changing the course of civilization. Then the magic happened.

It all happened so fast that it made my head spin. My parents got me a drafting table & soon afterwards I looked up at our newspaper and there I was―my face and story covering the entire front page of the newspaper. It read “The Kid with Sun in His Eyes.”

By age 13, my solar homes were being built in my hometown & a Yale Professor called my mother. Before I was 14, I was working on a secret invention in a private research & development facility.

By age 18, I had a contract with the American Supply Company. At the Capitol of the constitution state the eyes of the world were on me as I unveiled a full-scale model of my modular solar system at the annual CT Energy Exposition.

I had achieved the goal I had set at age 12. I was reducing U.S. energy consumption & I was in the limelight. Businesses from all over New England were signing on to carry my solar systems.

That was the small stuff.

At age 37, the world's attention was on me again, but the story didn't read anything like "The Kid with Sun in His Eyes!"

From age 12 to 37, I had worked daily on a plan to change the course of civilization & it all was falling into place.

Finally, in August of 2000, we founded Earth Network of Altruistic, Autonomous Individuals Inc. Within days, however, powerful people had something else in mind. In what ensued, I came close to death several times. If I didn't have my powerful philosophy I surely would have died.

I had begun this 2nd experiment in my 20's.

When I was in my early 20's I had a fantastic imagination. I devised another experiment like the one that led to my work with a Yale Professor, only this was bigger. I wrote a book about myself in the future. In it I was Teller, The Dragon Slayer, battling dark forces in order to save the human race; a book that was half fantastic fiction.

Now here I was, in what was like a dragon's lair. Death wasn't an option. I had a mission to fulfill. I had wrote the story & now I was living it! THIS TIME IT WASN'T FICTION!

Everything was/is at stake. The world is divided & WW3 looms over us! I HAD the manuscript that held the solution until agents in the government took it! The film, "The Dragon Slayer Prophecy," is about this ongoing battle for earth & humanity.
