According to Internal Science™, You Can Create Your Own Reality & Transform Your Life
- What is the meaning of create your own reality?
- Is “Metaphysics” now called “Internal Science?
- How can I transform my life?
What is the Meaning of Create Your Own Reality?
“You can create your own reality” means that your beliefs, thoughts and emotions manifest as events and objects in your life. “You can create your own reality” can also mean that you do not have to experience what others are experiencing. You can create something different.
A focus on anything you are trying to rid yourself of creates more of what you are focused on because your beliefs and focus determine what you attract and create in life. This explains why people so often get stuck in a life that seems to replay the same kind of experience over and over again.
The Holographic Theory of Consciousness Is Internal Science
Fundamentally, Internal Science declares that your life is a holographic projection of your state of consciousness.

The Choice Before Us
We destroy the chaotic division we have created by continuing with physicalism, or we build something great united. While the physicalism paradigm provided humanity with technology, it also generated the systemic fractures and crises we face in the world today. Physicalism asserts that everything is fundamentally physical. Under this view, orthodox science demands a mathematical equation to explain reality, operating under the false perception that the physical world is ordered by a mathematics tied to physical matter.
This is the exact loop that traps humanity. Both math and matter are a byproduct of consciousness. The great, all-inclusive paradigm that will unite nations and propel civilization into a brilliant new era is consciousness science. If mainstream scientists continue to try to understand reality exclusively through mathematical formulas, the paradigm shift to this new era will completely bypass them.
Internal Science™ can provide a path to global unity and greater prosperity than physicalism. We already have the science and enough global wealth to make every person on earth rich in every way, so why hasn’t it happened? The reason has to do with accepted values that normalize excessive competition and the false idea that we can survive at the expense of others. The idea that the better killer survived to pass on his genes to the next generation comes from evolution theory which comes from the official physicalist scientific stance. The problem is not human nature; it is our official science. It is misreading our nature and is blind to the vast cooperative systems that operate in consciousness and at every level. Consciousness is so imbued with love and compassion that it overflows with good intent.
The eBook Edition
The world has firmly accepted the views of Isaac Newton for endless seasons into antiquity. Classic physics and our five senses seem to agree that specific points in time and space are fixed and unchanging. Then along came Einstein. In 1905, Einstein published his theory of special relativity, which asserted that everything was relative, and nothing was fixed. In a series of groundbreaking lectures in Berlin, he rocked the world with almost unimaginable disclosures. Reality was not what anyone had thought it was!
We had put the pieces of the world together the wrong way and Einstein was informing us of that, yet no one knew what to do with that information. It didn’t really go anywhere, and the world’s thinking hasn’t changed.
All that is necessary for the individual and humanity to thrive is to accept a more accurate science.
The Only Actionable Scientific Path Forward™

The science is grounded in the math equations and theories of the most intellectual figures in human history.
Our Inner Reality
As plants have roots, the human psyche has a source from which it both arises and gains sustenance. This inner reality is not recognized by orthodox science but that does not change the fact that physical reality arises from an inner dimension. This inner reality, being composed entirely of consciousness, gives rise to the physical projection you experience through your five senses.
David Bohm (the most influential physicist of the 20th century)
Physicist David Bohm, — who Albert Einstein called “a kindred spirit,” and whose Ph.D. thesis — being top secret and classified — was awarded at the University of California at Berkeley by none other than Robert Oppenheimer, says that your physical reality is a holographic projection of the "Implicate order."
This inner reality is projected by the brain and five senses to become the physical universe we inhabit. We are consciousness, but so is the universe. It is our own creation and our own playground or hell, depending on what we believe. Our beliefs determine what probable reality is projected into matter. Infinite probabilities exist in the Field of Probabilities. You have free will. With positive expectations and will, you can manifest the best of all worlds for yourself and others.
Hugh Everett III (the originator of Many-Worlds theory)
[The Many-Worlds interpretation is the] only completely coherent approach to explaining both the contents of quantum mechanics and the appearance of the world.
—Hugh Everett III
.
David Bohm and Hugh Everett were on the cusp of what will be earth-shattering discoveries and changes in our understanding of reality that will soon go mainstream.
Internal Science and International Philosophy are based on both the best intellectual theories and direct investigation of what exists beyond the Zero Point Field time-space threshold.
What we experience as our physical environment is after the fact. This applies to the entire process of projection capability of the physical brain and the many complex, yet smooth functions that make projection possible. The flawless projection process is a reflection of a smooth inner process inherent in consciousness itself.
The Greater Copernican Revolution of Our Time
In 1543, Nicolaus Copernicus published the heliocentric theory, but it was largely ignored. It clashed too violently with everyday human perception and imposed massive psychological "costs" on the human ego and social order. For sixty years, it remained a mere hypothesis until 1609, when Galileo built his own telescope and provided the first undeniable physical observations proving the old model wrong. In response, the Roman Inquisition issued the 1616 Prohibition, placing Copernicus's work on the Index of Forbidden Books. Galileo was personally admonished, ordered to cease defending the truth, and ultimately forced to kneel and publicly recant his life's work to avoid execution—sentenced to permanent house arrest.
A striking historical parallel exists today. Just as Galileo used his telescope to shatter the geocentric illusion, Eastwood utilized revolutionary scientific experiments reaching beyond the Zero Point Field to document the inner generative framework of reality. This work revealed the greatest news story in human history: that the physical universe is a holographic projection of consciousness itself. Yet, because this paradigm completely disrupts physicalist orthodoxy, it faced intense institutional suppression. In a modern parallel to Galileo's Injunction, Eastwood's manuscript The Solution was confiscated by the government prior to publication during a politically charged trial where it was aggressively noted that he "didn't read the Bible," followed by years of forced government polygraph programs designed to make him recant and prove compliance with the physicalism paradigm.
Despite the suppression, the truth cannot be contained. In the newly streamlined 2026 edition of THE HOLOGRAPHIC UNIVERSE: Journey Out of the Illusion!, Eastwood bypasses the orthodox censors to deliver a grand overview of this new civilizational scale. It serves as the definitive entry point to a scientific understanding that dissolves the rigid boundaries of physicalism, preparing the mind for the practical application of personal power found in his specific manifestation guides.

The problem is the scientific ego, not lack of evidence
There is more evidence that consciousness creates reality than there is evidence that black holes exist. There is more evidence supporting Internal Science than physicalism.
Scientists need to get their blocks in order
I see it all the time in the experiments of young school children. They meditate over jars of rice and the rice that receives hateful thoughts decomposes faster than the control and much faster than the rice that benefits from positive blessings.
The problem is that people see only what they want to see because their reality is a projection of their own beliefs. This applies to everyone that has an opinion and scientists often have the strongest opinions.
The ego of a scientist is the only problem, not lack of evidence. The evidence that shows that thoughts create matter is everywhere. You just have to be willing to look.
A philosophy of personal power
Thoughts are fields of energy that form matter. We have built a civilization on the division between mind and matter, yet both are the same — consciousness and matter are both composed of electromagnetic fields.
Thoughts combine with similar thoughts and transform themselves into probable events which contain the impetus and pattern necessary to evolve into the complexity of matter.
- You project your own psychological energy out to form the physical world.
- Ideas and emotions are energy that coalesce as events and objects.
- Your life is a learning experience you chose in order to learn how to project energy.
- Your life situation gives you clarity as to what you are projecting psychologically.
- You are in your own hologram.

A TOP PHYSICIST
"The doctrine that the world is made up of objects whose existence is independent of human consciousness turns out to be in conflict with quantum mechanics and with facts established by experiment."
— Bernard d'Espagnat, a top theoretical physicist.
What does that statement mean?
It means that your consciousness is connected to physical objects. You can attract wealth, money, love, health or anything you want with simple laws like gravity that apply to everyone equally.
By seeing reality as it is—as an interactive web of energy—you increase your ability to influence matter and events. Eastwood's university quality books empower the individual to take back control of their reality with awareness of what has happened.
The idea that inflation is depriving you of what you want is a good example of a logical view that on the surface seems totally reasonable, but in reality only hurts the person that holds it. Thoughts of lack create more lack and thoughts of prosperity bring more prosperity. It’s all about focus and what you are telling yourself is true in your head during the day. We have more prosperity than at any other time in recorded history, prices are incredibly low and abundance is everywhere. Thinking anything to the contrary robs you of your money.
The only way to correct a negative is to change it. This can be done with the resources I provide.

How can I create my own reality?
You can learn how to create your own reality by expanding and changing your beliefs, thoughts and emotions. By creating the feeling of the wish fulfilled you begin to create the reality you desire. My books and free articles can help your to do that.
One way to motivate yourself is to look at how your life would be in the future had you failed and then compare that to what your life would be like if you succeeded. Once motivated, look at the fact that you do create your own reality according to your thoughts and actions — actions being thoughts in motion, physically expressed. You do have the power to succeed in whatever way you determine you want to succeed.
How can I transform my life?
You can transform your life with determination and ongoing application of the principles. Upon realization that you create your own reality with your thoughts, your first attempts at change will usually involve reversing the momentum of previous assumptions.
Change comes faster once you have broken the momentum of negative past thoughts and attitudes. Regardless, the opportunity you need is always with you, you simply must recognize and use it.
You can create your own reality by organizing your life around your strength and ability. Do not organize your life around your weakness or inability. Simply by focusing on positive core beliefs you will begin to transform your life.

If you remain locked in to the feeling state of your success—how you would feel if you had already achieved your goal—the results in the physical world can be spectacular.

Every situation has a gift in it, even if something seems exceptionally negative, like people taking advantage of you. If you are angry or upset, for example, you can channel that energy to create something positive. At the same time, you can change those beliefs that are manifesting your problems.
Do not focus on what you do not want in an attempt to create what you do want. You have complete power over your life situation because you create your own reality.
You have the power to change your beliefs, thoughts and emotions. Changing your beliefs, thoughts and emotions will then change your physical reality. The best time to do that is as you are falling asleep. By imagining the ideal life prior to sleep you will carry these ideas into the dream state. Your subconscious will then build on these thoughts, creating increasingly complex dreams and probable events that ultimately are tested as trial runs for potential future events. The means to manifest these events are searched out using telepathy and other means.
A Shelter in the Storm: Science with a Heart & Soul
The technology we have developed in the past few hundred years already enables us to feed every human in every country, allowing humanity to live in lasting peace and prosperity. So why hasn't this happened? The barrier is mainstream physicalism. Physicalism is an incomplete local science that merely studies the holographic projection rather than the inner, non-physical reality that actually projects matter. It is a science without empathy—completely lacking a heart and soul.
Internal Science is science with a heart and soul. One of the most important requirements of effective manifesting is to change your worldview to change your life. When you understand the true nature of consciousness, you become largely immune to whatever is happening in the outer world. You need not be affected by adversity, poor economic climates, or negative social conditions.
This is the true beauty and absolute power of International Philosophy™—it serves as a magnificent shelter in a storm. Let William Eastwood show you how to step into your sovereign point of power and manifest anything you desire.
Selecting identity
"The ideal self you aspire to be already exists. I am not speaking symbolically. That authentic self is not just an idea, it exists within you now. There are many variations of the self you are within you. I call them probable selves.
"The fact that you have many probable selves that are components of your overall identity and whole self is supported Einstein’s relativity, David Bohm (former protégé of Einstein) and by the many-worlds interpretation of quantum mechanics which is hugely popular among physicists."
—From "Success Guaranteed..."
Your Worldview
One of the most important requirements of effective manifesting is to be able to see the world differently. You can’t just keep thinking in conventional terms yet operate by a non-conventional paradigm. To control what you create in life you must control your thinking. The first thing to control is your perception of the nature of reality. Your worldview and your methods must be in agreement.
—from "The Solution..."
Primary article resumes here:
Changing your thoughts is the only way you can change your physical reality. If your self-image is of poverty, no amount of work can change your impoverished situation until you change that self-image. Any gains you force through manipulation of effects will revert back to that which reflects the balance of your thoughts and emotions.
To create anything you want, learn to focus your psychological and physical energy in the direction of the end result you desire. Focus on the bull’s-eye in the same way an archer does immediately prior to and while he is shooting an arrow.
Move in the direction of your desire in every way possible. The sooner you get started the sooner you will reap the rewards.
You create your own reality
The basic principle of all reality is that you create your own experience by what you think. You create your own reality according to your thoughts, emotions, desires and beliefs.
Objects and actions are actually thoughts in physical motion. Proactive actions are thoughts in progress.
You have to be willing to act on your ideas. Your inner self is directing you toward actions that will bring about the fulfillment of all your desires, but you must trust the inner self and what it tells you.
The inner self speaks through your impulses and feelings. You must listen to and follow the constructive impulses coming from your inner self.
Your inner self is always helping you, but you must listen to it and act on what it tells you. It speaks through your common impulses and intuition. Learn to trust yourself and listen to what you feel at all times.
If you do not act on your ideas and ideals, it is far less likely that they will manifest physically.
I am not saying that you can’t manifest your thoughts without doing anything. I am saying my experience suggests that you must act towards your goals if you want to manifest your thoughts.
When you take actions based on your impulses, what you want will manifest. If you do not take actions you lack faith and it is far less likely that you will manifest what you want. I know this from experience.
If you work two jobs and do everything you possibly can to achieve a goal, yet your thinking and convictions go in the other direction, then even if you manage to create what you want, you may lose it. I see this happening when people win the lottery, and then spend all their excess money.
You create your own reality
You are in control if you know you are and believe you are. Confidence in this way, is crucial.
The majority of the people in the world are not aware of this fact about reality because of the myths of our times. The myths have convinced us that things happen by chance and that we are at the mercy of reality, events and others.
Event do not just happen to you by chance. The world is not against you. Past events do not cause present events, your thoughts and emotions do. You attract events according to what you focus on, believe, and put energy into.
You are in full control of everything that happens to you. If you want to really take the reigns, and create something you greatly desire in life, you have to first clear your mind of widely accepted ideas. These are the programs and belief systems of the times.
Earth is a kind of training program. We are being trained to be co-creators with All-That-Is. We create our reality with our beliefs.
It's all so easy!
Assumptions are belief. Anything you assume to be true you tend to create physically.
If you want to change your life, just change what you are telling yourself is true in your head. A situation can have any outcome. The outcome is set by you. If you tell yourself in your head, this is going to work out, or, the result will be positive, then that is what you tend to create. This is why affirmations are so valuable.
Begin to change your life by applying affirmations on a daily basis. If possible, learn to think in affirmations.
Manifesting anything you want in life is easy when you know how. Begin to create your dreams now!
The magical investment value of books and affirmations
You are like a bank vault filled with money, gold and precious jewels. Every positive thought is a deposit. Every negative thought is a withdrawal. Your life is the interest. Shallow positive thoughts are like gold plated jewels and play money. Wisdom and understanding combined with solid belief and quality affirmations are like solid 24 karat gold and real diamonds. These are the thoughts that build integrity and value and procure high return on investment.
Every object in your environment is an extension of your energy. A physical book is a connection to the part of your inner self that "created" the book and understands the content. A book on a table next to you connects you to all those people who hold the knowledge associated with the book.
Every object around you is a holographic projection of your mind that connects you to the innermost portion of your soul that creates them.
If you want to break old patterns and habits of perception, bring books full of light and affirmations into your life and remain centered on what they represent — the truth you are bringing out within yourself by having them in your presence. Once you materialize something in your life, an energy pathway through which the object or event is created and maintained continues to exist, even when the object or event is long-gone.
A single affirmation is only a small deposit, but wealth and prosperity can only be built a single thought or act at a time. A mind that thinks in affirmations transforms everything it touches to gold. You begin the journey by surrounding yourself with good books. When you do that, everything around you speaks quality and intelligent love — the invisible infinite potential of which you are composed. That includes the qualities of prosperity, natural power, right and integrity.
Force yourself to continuously review beneficial concepts to keep them alive in your mind. Develop a realistic positive attitude. Keep your metaphysical books open to highlighted material and review it every day. Find something important to focus on daily. Rescript your mind one thought at a time; and when you do, commit to going all the way. Half-truths are like coal wrapped in holiday paper. Adopt a baseline of non-linear time thinking.
If you do this faithfully, your entire reality will begin to change for the better.
Again, because this is so important, when you manifest something positive, such as a book that represents the truth and the answers you are seeking, maintain that book and whatever represents what you want in your life as best you can. This creates an energy pathway for more of the same to come through into your life. It also connects you with the author and all others who are connected to the object and/or information it represents.
To keep concepts alive, repeat them in your mind over and over again. This is how you rescript your mind and change your reality. Our audio book — "How Do I Make this the Best Day Possible — Manifest While You Sleep" — is the perfect tool to reprogram your mind with everything you want to invite into your self and life. Just listen to it while you are going to sleep and you will have technicolor dreams of your most sacrosanct ambitions. Your unlimited potential is 100% a factor of what you input — the investment through whose interest will be the life you were meant to live.
This is the only way you can change the patterns in your life. If you want to materialize a better-quality physical experience, this is what you do. You bring what you want into your reality through your thoughts. I have done this, and I always have my favorite, most powerful books at arm's reach. I constantly review key points. You may want to create a kind of pulpit (as I have done) where you can keep books open to pages with highlighted text.
I urge you to buy whatever books you can comfortably afford from your favorite metaphysical authors. There are many other benefits in doing so. A purchase is an affirmation of your manifesting power and prosperity, and it is a testament of your determination to improve yourself and your life.
Practically and symbolically, correctly made purchases are extremely important, not just to you, but to all those who make these metaphysical books available to you.
As a heart pumps blood, the vacuum created in each pulse draws in more blood, and this is how energy behaves. You must give or outflow energy to receive. In religion and spirituality, this is behind the Golden Rule concept.
Your most valuable possession will always be yourself. If you do not invest in you, then you are saying that you are not important. Those who do not invest in improving themselves and their abilities, do not draw more (ability, quality, etc.) from the universe.
Learn to manifest quality and value in yourself. Learn the art and science of living a good life and manifesting what you want in life. Bring forth that which you seek.
When we awaken to our true nature, we begin to realize that we are supported and graced by an altruistic consciousness of which we are a part. When we become aware of how the universe works, we begin to notice how the universe bends in our direction and works to our advantage. We realize that from our best feelings, thoughts, intents and expectations flow fortunate, synchronistic events.
An entirely new worldview begins to set in. This is when an unquenchable thirst for positive metaphysical concepts will overtake you. The sacred tonic of fulfillment is the highest level thinking of which you are capable. Affirmations are the elixir of happiness, achievement and dreams, from which flows a greater fulfillment than we can imagine in our most wondrous moments.
