To stop paranoia in its tracks, you have to have faith and trust in yourself and the universe. This can only be developed through an understanding of what takes place on inner levels of consciousness beyond the subconscious mind. You are supported and taken care of. The intellect can control events with conscious creation.
How do I stop paranoia?
To stop feeling paranoia you have to learn how to rely on inner portions of yourself.
The reason why we get paranoid is because the intellect cannot perceive events before they happen and so it tends to fear the worst. On its own the intellect is prone to being fearful. If we didn’t rely on the intellect exclusively, we wouldn’t get paranoid.
The intellect is brilliant but it needs the support of inner aspects of consciousness that do perceive events in advance. Not only do inner portions of consciousness perceive events in advance, but they provide assistance and support. Inner aspects of consciousness shape events in advance.
Inner aspects of ourselves take care of us. If we knew this, we wouldn’t get paranoid. Unfortunately our brand of consciousness is cut off from inner levels of existence. When we believe that we have assistance and support from within we sense the inner support and reassurances through intuition.

At age 12, Eastwood was convinced of what would soon become a new paradigm in science. Rather than appease professors and become acclaimed in orthodoxy, he took a course that would align himself with ordinary people everywhere. Although continuing his efforts to reduce fossil fuel emissions in the United States, he changed his direction in a call to help people everywhere. His efforts met with opposition.

How do I stop paranoia, feeling negative emotions and fear?
The subconscious mind has only recently been discovered. We really do not know much at all about the true depths of our consciousness. Beyond the subconscious there is the inner self or what has been alluded to as being the super conscious mind. It is here where we will find the answers to the problems we face in the outer world.
The inner self provides the support and cushioning that takes away all fear and paranoia. If we weren’t so cut off from inner aspects of consciousness, we wouldn’t become fearful or paranoid.
The intellect is supposed to work with the inner part of you that forms events according to what the intellect believes, thinks and feels.
The intellect is even more amazing than we think because it is the intellect that creates events according to what it believes, thinks and feels. This is why it is very important not to let the intellect become paranoid. Once it is paranoid, it begins to create events that create what it fears.

Fear itself is an intense emotion and will manifest what we fear. If we fear our fear, we are even worse off, so the first step is to give ourselves a break if we are fearful. Fearing your thoughts is the biggest mistake you can make.
The universe is predisposed to positive developments and inner portions of consciousness take care of you. When you realize this your fears and paranoia will begin to subside.
The reason why we become fearful is that we believe that there is no assistance and support from the inner world of consciousness. When all we have to go on is our intellect we are isolated.

But we do have control over events, and this is why paranoia is unnecessary. While it is not widely known that we do have control over events, it is a fact. The inner self then manifests what the intellect asks for.
