To answer those questions, we must evaluate long-held, taken-for-granted assumptions about time. Many scientists, including Albert Einstein, questioned the existence of time.
Can we receive knowledge from the future? Can a future civilization alter its past? To answer these questions, we must first determine if the information we receive from traditional science is accurate or not. If it is not, then we must look for another way to determine what is accurate and what is false.
To do that we can look at quantum mechanics and other sources of information such as Internal Science.
Traditional science paradigms have been called into question
The Rosenthal Effect reveals that the beliefs of scientists conducting experiments affect outcomes even in controlled experiments. This is because experienced reality is a holographic projection of a person’s beliefs. This applies equally to everyone.
The holographic projection concept was made popular by Physicist David Bohm, Albert Einstein’s friend and colleague. Einstein is the most reputable scientist in the world and the placebo effect is an accepted phenomenon according to the medical establishment.

This question is best answered through the evaluation of paradigms and the following hypothesis regarding mainstream physicalism. Those intellectuals which society designates as “experts, qualified, licensed” and so on, may not be as reliable sources of information as once believed.
Formal education is scripting in collective myths
It is not necessarily wise to ask an expert for the answer to the big questions, such as, ‘what is consciousness and reality?’ Here’s the reason: Most professionals base their theories and ‘knowledge’ on many years of formal education, yet formal education is scripting in collective myth.
Professionals must endure far more formal education than most people, and formal education requires that they pass exams that prove they are scripted in myth in order to be legally designated as an expert in their field! For this reason, most experts are biased in favor of physicalism. This myth is slow to be challenged within academic circles and tends to be locked in place within society as a result.
The greater your formal education, the greater your conviction in the generally held worldviews. This applies to lawyers, doctors, psychologists and many other authorities.
Outdated mainstream science, academia and psychology underlie almost all of our current personal and collective problems from school shootings and political dysfunction to the inability of ordinary people to live happy and successful lives.

When all of society reads reality backward
When a highly educated person visualizes a goal as accomplished in order to manifest it, their rational mind may argue that they are lying to themselves. The duped mind argues that the perceived condition is not real and therefore they are making it all up. I had the same kind of problem within me. My rational mind argued that the ideas I was visualizing were not real and therefore I was making things up.
People will talk themselves out of their achievements or self-esteem in this way. The way we have been taught to use our intellect is based on the assumption that physical reality is the only reality. This assumption keeps us stuck perceiving through the main myths of our time. It makes visualizing as a method to achieve goals more difficult. It tends to discredit all elements of the new science paradigm.
Our entire civilization is reading reality backwards, and this is the problem. If a person does manage to break free, they are usually discredited by the rest of society for the same reason. A person who understands reality is not delusional in this case, society is. This is why the collective illusion persists, and it has become a dangerous one.
Our society values education and degrees. This is good, but not when what is being taught in universities is primarily mythical.
We have been trained to use our intellect to scrutinize everything skeptically. With fake news and scams everywhere, we must filter our media. The first thing we suspect are alternative worldviews and what looks too good to be true. The way to check that, we think, is to check the source. That means we want to know what their degrees and qualifications are.
However, qualifications only prove that one is indoctrinated by the official mainstream worldview. Because the main myth of physicalism pervades the academic world, anyone with impressive degrees tends to mislead us away from any other way of interpreting reality.
Everything in education is based on physicalism and so everything appears to disprove panpsychism or mind being fundamental and ubiquitous.
Consciousness is the primary fundamental reality. Our consciousness is so powerful, that it creates physical reality and even the argument that only physical reality is real.
Physicalism has given rise to our current psychology and that has produced the problems we are experiencing in the world today.
When a worldview is in question it is not limited to ideas about consciousness, but puts everything learned in question, including our most cherished values. Subjects such as history or sexuality do not seem to be related, but they are. What we believe in these and other areas are based on Darwinism and evolution which are outcroppings of physicalism. Modern psychology is an attempt to enforce these ideas.
Physicalism gives rise to modern psychology and it’s Frudian concepts and the view of a subconscious filled with garbage. Internal Science, on the other hand, gives rise to International Philosophy and the view that the highly conscious Inner Self reside within inner levels of consciousness. Internal Science tells use that reality is manufactured within layers of consciousness that create multidimensionality.
There are infinite realities produced by consciousness which are composed of consciousness. This is because reality is infinite, as is the self and also because nothing but consciousness exists.
The laws of consciousness are not as limited as the laws that govern the physical world. This fact explains the magical and unexplained aspects of reality which science has never been able to explain.
With the new paradigm, that will all be changing.
Physicalists assume that all knowledge comes from books and external or physical sources. Internal Science tells us that all knowledge comes from within. Thinking minds acquire their knowledge originally from within layers of their own consciousness, and only afterwards is that information recorded in books and other mediums.
I have received information from sources that physicalists deny exists. If I was a physicalist, I would not have received this information because I wouldn’t have been open to it. I wouldn’t even believe it is possible to acquire knowledge in this way, and this is why this important information is missing in our world.

The confiscated book
I had written a fictional book with a nonfiction message in my twenties. Since I wrote it I have questioned the fictional portions. Portions that I once considered to be fiction may in fact be nonfiction.
The human race is in the throes of destruction
There was a plan I received in my book “The Dragon Slayer,” but the government irrevocably confiscated the book and the plan has failed. I was unable to fulfill my mission. Twenty four years later, I am witness to the dark future I feared most and was meant to avert.
My dreams have confirmed the worst. I see destruction and chaos everywhere. I have even had astral projections into the future and saw the worst case scenario.
However, I am proceeding with this article because of two recent projections. In the first, I was given a circular gold metal object covered in some kind of gunk, which I cleaned off. I felt that this object represented a second chance. This plan is not as assured as the first.
In the second projection that happened last night, I saw a row of buttons on my laptop that were intended for defense in a worst case scenario. I was consciously upset by what I saw. This motivated me to take the action I am taking now.
I cannot accept defeat and so I am writing this article now to try a second time to fulfill my original mission.

Regardless of the plan, a plan in place is better than no plan at all considering what is at stake. There are a lot of problems in the world that need solving.
What should a person who receives important information from the future do?
I do know that if I were to receive the information that the human race needed that I would have to convey that knowledge. I would rather be tormented by people who laugh at my story than tortured by the fact that I had the answers that would save the human race yet did nothing with it.

I have followed through with a plan for a new kind of civilization according to knowledge imparted to me from 1000 years in the future. Because I understood the concepts about multidimensional reality and simultaneous time at age 12, the information received was internalized from the beginning. Now, after over forty years have passed, the knowledge I received is woven into my psyche and is a part of who I am.
The civilization will be based on the goodness in human nature, unlike our current civilization which is based on ideas of evil in humans and everything that is said to be wrong with us and reality.
