How do I stop paranoia?
To stop feeling paranoia you have to learn how to rely on inner portions of yourself.
The reason why we get paranoid is because the intellect cannot perceive events before they happen and so it tends to fear the worst. On its own the intellect is prone to being fearful. If we didn’t rely on the intellect exclusively, we wouldn’t get paranoid.
The intellect is brilliant but it needs the support of inner aspects of consciousness that do perceive events in advance. Not only do inner portions of consciousness perceive events in advance, but they provide assistance and support. Inner aspects of consciousness shape events in advance.
Inner aspects of ourselves take care of us. If we knew this, we wouldn’t get paranoid. Unfortunately our brand of consciousness is cut off from inner levels of existence. When we believe that we have assistance and support from within we sense the inner support and reassurances through intuition.

As a heart pumps blood, the vacuum created in each pulse draws in more blood, and this is how energy behaves. You must give or outflow energy to receive. In religion and spirituality, this is behind the Golden Rule concept.
Your most valuable possession will always be yourself. If you do not invest in you, then you are saying that you are not important. Those who do not invest in improving themselves and their abilities, do not draw more (ability, quality, etc.) from the universe.

When we awaken to our true nature, we begin to realize that we are supported and graced by an altruistic consciousness of which we are a part. When we become aware of how the universe works, we begin to notice how the universe bends in our direction and works to our advantage. An entirely new worldview begins to set in. This is when an unquenchable thirst for positive metaphysical concepts will overtake you. The sacred tonic of fulfillment is the highest level thinking of which you are capable. The subconscious mind has only recently been discovered. We really do not know much at all about the true depths of our consciousness. Beyond the subconscious there is the inner self or what has been alluded to as being the super conscious mind. It is here where we will find the answers to the problems we face in the outer world.
The inner self provides the support and cushioning that takes away all fear and paranoia. If we weren’t so cut off from inner aspects of consciousness, we wouldn’t become fearful or paranoid.
The intellect is supposed to work with the inner part of you that forms events according to what the intellect believes, thinks and feels.
The intellect is even more amazing than we think because it is the intellect that creates events according to what it believes, thinks and feels. This is why it is very important not to let the intellect become paranoid. Once it is paranoid, it begins to create events that create what it fears.
