How to Use Visualization & Imagination to Materialize Events: Does a Mental Image Create Physical Matter?
- Does a mental image create physical matter?
- How do I use visualization and imagination to materialize events?
I will answer these questions now.
Find out just how intelligent you are!.
ROUND ONE of the new intelligence test!.
How do I use visualization and imagination to materialize events?
Experiment to find the best way to use visualization and imagination to materialize events. Some people don’t see things with their imagination and that is okay if you feel it. Be creative and try different things at different times. but always when you are in a positive mood.
Visualize in present tense mostly but it is good to do in past and future tense also. Don’t believe everything you read. You don’t need yoga, meditation or a focus in the present moment.
The effectiveness of your visualization and imagination exercise is tied to your worldview, but don’t worry too much about doing it right. The important thing is to have fun while picturing what you want so that you create a regular routine of visualizing every day. Even 30 seconds under a tree or in a bathroom will get you started. If you do that you will develop that habit and then you will automatically get better at it because you are practicing.
The key is repetition and emotional intensity, but other issues apply also.
If you visualize for more than a few minutes a day, your rational mind may kick in and begin to argue that what you are imagining is not real. This is why many instructors will tell you to visualize for three to ten minutes a day. Visualize and imagine what you want when you are energized or positive. One of the most effective times to do this is when you are half asleep.
Sometimes we need rest, music or an activity that puts us in a positive mood and gets energy flowing. Keep trying different activities and times until you find what works for you.
I have found that picturing myself in a state of excitement because I received a big check and telling my two brothers over the phone works best for me.
I also visualize my ultimate life immediately when I wake up. As a result, I remain in a fantastic vibe of already having achieved the goal all day. My work then magically moves me in that direction and what I produce is super-charged with the fabulous energy of having achieved my goal.
The visualization of living in the future you want should be done for a few minutes up to twice a day. But you can live in the feeling of the dream all day. As long as you know what season it is you are free to use your mind to create something new. People may tell you to focus in the present and that can be healthy, but all you will get is more of what you have in the present moment if that’s all you do.
I would suggest watching videos of what you want and immersing yourself in the energy of that lifestyle. The more you do that the more you change your energy and direct it to manifest that reality. If you are always in the energy of your work you are going to manifest that energy. Nothing else can manifest out of “that energy you feel while working” but more work.
If you don’t want more work and struggle, get away from that feeling by using your mind to escape. Then you have a chance. Forget focusing in the present moment unless it is a peak experience, or if you are enjoying the view, eating your meal, watching your favorite TV program or expressing thanks and gratitude for everything you have and everything you touch. This is also important to do after you rise in the morning and are done with the main visualization of what you want in life. But don’t be confused by misleading advice. If you have no control over your mind you can use meditation or whatever, but if you have control, focus on what you want to create during the time you allot for that activity and do the same for positive focus in the present.
A positive focus in the present is better than worry or anxiety and must be done daily as a routine in the morning and during meals and evening activities. But you don’t have to be focused in the present moment all the time and you don’t need meditation or chakra work or whatever to manifest. You just need to direct energy through focus, intent, belief, thoughts, emotions and affirmations.
Most importantly, do not spend time worrying or in anxiety or discontent. Use my affirmation pages if you have complications such as worrying about not doing it right. These are your beliefs arguing with you. You have to manage your beliefs. Feelings must be recognized and dismissed rather than repressed. Initial recognition of doubts can be replaced by a positive alternative. For learning all of that I have daily affirmations and guidance. The affirmations on these pages also create what you are affirming, and creation is instantaneous.
I knew this at age 35 (above left), but this information is a result of over 50 years of research applying visualization and manifestation procedures.
You should strive to live the feeling of the wish fulfilled as if it were happening in present time. Be the person you wish to be. Play a mental movie in your mind. Contemplate the lifestyle you want. Touch your new car and walk through your new home in your imagination. Visualize yourself excitedly telling family and friends about the check you got or whatever.
