What will happen to Trump as a result of the family business guilty verdict?
Former U.S. President Donald J. Trump will still be able to run the Trump company family business. That does not imply that Trump will be unaffected. The Trump Corp. and Trump Payroll Corp. were found guilty on all charges they faced, but Trump and his family were not charged in this case specifically. Regardless, Trump’s ability to do business as a result of the family business guilty verdict will be severely impaired.
Under New York law there is no mechanism that would dissolve the company. A felony conviction, however, will impact its ability to do business or obtain loans or contracts. Many Trump supporters don’t care because they believe what Trump says that he is being targeted. But those that believe Trump are a shrinking minority.
No bank or large company is going to want to endure the risk of doing business with a failing and corrupt company, felons and bad actors. The financial risk and potential damage to their reputation is too great to consider still working with one of the most criminal people and entities in America.
The Trump Organization could face up to $1.61 million in fines in mid-January in what will be a highly publicized sentencing hearing. This isn’t good for business or politically. Republicans will be distancing themselves further from Trump and his businesses.
The question of who else benefited was mentioned repeatedly during the trial by prosecutors. Trump’s connection to the benefits of criminal actions within the Trump organization will come up when Trump is subpoenaed or indicted in other cases.
What will happen to the Trump company family business?
We will find out what will happen to the Trump company family business over time, but it certainly will not be good. Because two Trump Organization companies were found guilty on multiple charges, the Trump businesses will spiral into complete failure and bankruptcy.
What legitimate corporation will want to do business with convicted felons? Who will overlook criminal tax fraud and falsifying business records over a 15-year period? What company will trust the Trump company after it was found guilty of defrauding tax authorities by failing to report and pay taxes on compensation for top executives? Trump will be hindered in his usual practice of manipulating the government and authorities in order to advance his business interests.
The Trump Corporation failure only marks the beginning of multiple convictions. Trump is facing multiple felony charges that will lead to his indictment and arrest.

What kind of president attacks his country’s constitution? Trump is running for president. Attacking the greatest constitution in the world is the best decision you can make if you are trying to lose votes.
Either Trump is insane, or he is an enemy of the United States, or both.
Update on 11/19/22:
United States Attorney General Merrick Garland appointed a special counsel to investigate former U.S. President Donald J. Trump. Trump could be subpoenaed by Special Counsel Jack Smith, but Trump must be indicted and arrested by Garland.
Trump used former Attorney General Bill Barr and the Department of Justice as his own private legal firm when he was president. Without Bill Barr to protect him, Trump will be unable to manipulate the situation to his advantage.
